3 Days Tanzania Safari

The 3-day Tanzania safari package takes you to Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater for a chance to see the Big Five alongside other wild animals. You will also have a cultural tour with people who belong to the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes and live around Lake Eyasi. The safari is meant to start and end in Arusha.

Day 1: Transfer from Arusha to Tarangire National Park The day will start with a sumptuous breakfast at your hotel in Arusha and then your safari driver will pick you up and drive to Tarangire National park. On arrival at the park, go straight for the exploration. You will have moved with lunch boxes and therefore have a short break to enjoy your meal and later explore more of what this beautiful reserve keeps. Enjoy views of the diverse landscapes and also expect to see herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes plus lions and leopards on a good day. After the game drive, head to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: Lunch and dinner Day 2: Cultural experience You will start day 2 with breakfast at your lodge, followed by a transfer to Lake Eyasi to meet the Hadzabe. The people of this tribe are popularly known for their exceptional hunting skills which they will expose to you on a short hunting trip. From here, go and meet the Datoga who are famous for their skills in blacksmiths. You will have an insightful cultural experience as you walk around Lake Eyasi and explore the local village. Back to the lodge. Meal plan: Full board Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater game drive and back to Arusha Have breakfast at the lodge, pack your lunch and set off to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a morning game drive. The game drive will be done around Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact crater. It is home to several mammal species including buffaloes, lions, rhinos, elephants, cheetahs, zebras, antelopes and giraffes plus a variety of bird species and much of this wildlife is will be seen. After the game drive, drive to Arusha. The driver will drop you at your residence or airport to end the safari. Meal plan: breakfast and lunch
